Since joining the firm in 2023, she has grown from an Administrative Assistant position into a broader role that combines administrative coordination, accounting support, customer service, invoicing, collections, and operational management. Her proactive mindset and attention to detail help ensure the smooth functioning of the organization while supporting both clients and internal teams.
Currently completing a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management, Andrea is passionate about continuous learning and professional growth. She enjoys solving challenges, exploring different perspectives, and working collaboratively to achieve the best possible outcomes. Outside of work, she finds inspiration and balance through running, dancing, spending time with family and friends, discovering new places, and connecting with nature.
